These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the alxwebappshub website and any services provided by alxwebappshub, a Texas limited liability company operating in Dallas, TX (“we,” “us,” or “alxwebappshub”). By accessing our website or entering into a services agreement with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

alxwebappshub provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, custom software development, and related digital services. The specific scope of work, pricing, timeline, and deliverables for each client engagement are defined in a separate written Project Agreement or Statement of Work (“SOW”) signed by both parties.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project information, assets, and feedback in a timely manner
• Designate a primary point of contact with authority to approve decisions
• Make payments on the schedule defined in your SOW
• Ensure that any materials you provide to us do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials may result in project timeline adjustments. We will communicate any such changes promptly.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment in full, alxwebappshub assigns all intellectual property rights for custom-developed code, design files, and deliverables to you, the client. This excludes any pre-existing proprietary tools, frameworks, or third-party libraries incorporated into the project, which remain subject to their respective licenses. We retain the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request confidentiality in writing before project completion.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are due according to the payment schedule in your signed SOW. Overdue invoices beyond 15 days may result in a pause of active work. Accounts overdue by 45 days may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Work will resume upon payment of overdue amounts.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, alxwebappshub total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Dallas County, Texas.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
